Overview
QuranEnc serves aya-level audio recordings as static MP3 files via CDN.
No authentication required. Files are available at a predictable URL pattern.

Response
Returns the MP3 audio file (audio/mpeg) on success.
Returns HTTP 404 if the file does not exist for the given key / sura / aya.
